The ConvEGGtor transforms your EGG into the most versatile of outdoor ovens, capable of baking pizzas or cakes, roasting meat or vegetables, smoking fish or cooking pulled pork low and slow.
Swaps in and out with ease
Simply place your ConvEGGtor onto the Fire Ring to turn your EGG into a convection-style oven. Take it out again to return to a traditional barbecue setup.

A heat-deflecting barrier
The design of the ConvEGGtor, in conjunction with the thermal properties of the EGG, allows heat to efficiently radiate within the Dome while protecting your food from the intense glare of direct heat.
Smoke like a pitmaster
When using the ConvEGGtor for low temperature cooking, consider using our natural wood chips or chunks. The smoke-infused air circulates around the Dome, adding a real depth of flavour.

FAQs
With direct cooking modes such as grilling, the food is cooked directly over the heat of coals. Using the same exceptional ceramics as the EGG itself, the ConvEGGtor blocks this direct heat and deflects it around the Dome, creating an environment similar to a convection oven. Indirect cooking opens the door to pizza, roasts, slow cooks, cakes, pastries and much, much more.
If you get fat, sauce or baked on remnants on your ConvEGGtor, the best way to clean it is to burn it off in the EGG. Anything that's stuck can then be brushed off using a Palmyra Dual Brush Scrubber.
If you’re not using a Drip Pan (which we would recommend that you do!), then you can cover your ConvEGGtor with aluminium foil.
