The Dual Zone Essentials Kit, which provides the foundations for our Dual Zone System, makes it easier than ever to master the EGG’s many cooking modes, facilitating everything from the simplest of setups to the simultaneous use of multiple modes.
The Dual Zone Basket acts as a frame into which compatible cooking surfaces can be slotted, across two different levels. Because each surface is semi-circular, they can fit together in different combinations, allowing you to set up your EGG for direct cooking, indirect cooking, or a combination of the two. You could, for example, roast on one side and grill on other; or bake while also pan cooking.
Dual Zone Essentials Kit comes as standard with every new Large or XL Big Green Egg.
Not compatible with the MiniMax EGG.
