Pizza Oven Wedges are sized to accommodate pizzas up to 36cm (14 inches) in diameter.

Authentic tasting pizza
The insulating ceramics of the EGG offer the heat retention needed for even cooking, even when baking multiple pizzas. With the Pizza Oven Wedges in place, the EGG temperature holds where you set it, in a range from 300°C to 400°C.

The Pizza Oven Wedges are currently only available for the Large Big Green Egg.
Clean by hot soapy water and dry immediately with a clean tea towel. Not dishwasher safe.
