SET UP YOUR EGG

Set up your EGG for indirect cooking with the ConveGGtor in a legs-up position, topped with the Stainless Steel Grid.

COOK THE BRISKET

Toss the brisket in the cooking liquor (you could use good beef stock if you have some) and the BBQ sauce and place in a roasting tray. Cook for 1 hour, stirring and turning regularly.
