As part of our 50th birthday celebrations, we’ve joined forces with the Steins' family – Cornish food royalty, Big Green Egg aficionados and passionate supporters of small-scale local producers – to offer some amazing experiences and products this coming summer.
Two night VIP cooking experience
Enjoy incredible Cornish food and countryside with this exclusive Stein's experience. Enjoy a two-night stay in the peaceful, atmospheric Shepherd’s Huts, located in the grounds of Rick Stein's village pub, The Cornish Arms. With a bottle of Rick Stein’s Champagne Blanc De Blancs, 3 course dinner at the Cornish Arms and breakfast on both mornings at the Cornish Arms. You’ll also have a 2 hour Big Green Egg Master Class at the picturesque Padstow Kitchen Garden with local farmer Ross Geach. Not only is Ross an EGG chef expert but he was trained by Rick and was a chef at a variety of Stein's restaurants in Padstow. You’ll get to spend the Friday evening at The Cornish Arms x Big Green Egg Summer Party, with food and music on the pub’s terrace. Because of the intimate nature of the experience, we only have three pairs of tickets available.

Big Green Egg Summer Terrace at The Cornish Arms
The Cornish Arms is the Stein’s village pub, located in the countryside just outside Padstow and a stone's throw away from Harlyn Bay. The pub is known for its well-kept Cornish ales and simple, hearty food made from exceptional local produce. This summer, the pub’s large terrace will be offering a menu of barbecue dishes cooked on the Big Green Egg.

The Summer Party!
Spend the afternoon and evening of the summer solstice – the year’s longest day – enjoying a gentle party on the outdoor terrace of The Cornish Arms, the Stein’s village pub. With amazing local produce cooked on the Big Green Egg, accompanied by live music, there aren’t many better ways to appreciate food, drink, countryside and company.

- How much? £40, includes 1 x dish from the EGG and a drink on arrival
Big Green Egg Summer BBQ Box
Delivered to direct to your door, this box provides everything you need to create a spectacular summer seafood feast on a Big Green Egg. Sustainably sourced from the Stein’s longstanding Cornish suppliers, the fish and shellfish have all been carefully chosen for their suitability for cooking over fire – every piece will be elevated by the heat and smoke of your EGG.
Your box will include:
- · Cornish monkfish fillets
- · 12 scallops in their half shell
- · 1kg black tiger prawns
- · 4 whole mackerel (gutted and ready to grill)
- · 1kg cockles
- · A pad of hazelnut & coriander butter (perfect with scallops)
- · A jar of Rick Stein aioli
