Made from bamboo – a hard, dense, highly durable but lightweight wood – this peel is a perfect tool for moving pizza and bread into and out of your EGG.
The peel comes with a pizza screen: a 31cm-diamater aluminium mesh, the holes of which allow hot air to circulate all the way around the dough, resulting in a quicker baking time and a crispy, evenly cooked base.
