The Multi-Level Rack adds extra height and capacity to the Dual Zone System. Slotting easily on top of the Dual Zone Basket (or the old EGGspander Basket), it provides a gridded shelf and accommodates two half moon surfaces. Away from the coals, this elevated rack is good for gently heating dishes or keeping them warm.

THE DUAL ZONE SYSTEM

With its multi-level setup, the Dual Zone System allows for the simultaneous use of multiple cooking modes, including both direct and indirect cooking methods. The Dual Zone Basket acts as a frame into which a variety of cooking surfaces can be slotted, across two different levels. It also supports a Multi-Level Rack, which provides a third level of elevation.
